A widow has admitted falsifying her husband's Will
Custodial sentence is being considered.
The widow of a businessman and rally driver Tony Fall may face jail after she admitted falsifying his Will.
Tony, aged 67, died in Tanzania in December 2007. He also left two sons from a previous marriage and three grandchildren.
Tony had not left a Will but his widow, Patricia Fall (59) tried prove, as a valid Will, a document which was unsigned and unwitnessed at the time of his death.
The Prosecutor, Matryn Levett, said that the document Patricia sought to admit to Probate was signed after Tony's death and also signed by two witnesses, one of whom has since died.
Patricia was due to stand trial in August 2009 but changed her plea to guilty. She will be sentenced in September 2009.
